Your money is protected

Three steps between paying and the professional being paid.

  1. Fund via Paystack

    You pay the milestone amount plus a 5% trust fee. Funds are locked on the Paystack rail.

  2. Receive your release token

    A unique six-digit code is sent to you. It is the only key that unlocks the professional's payment.

  3. Confirm the work

    Inspect it. When you're satisfied, enter your token and payment releases instantly. Not satisfied? Raise a dispute first — funds stay locked.

  1. Verified professionals only

    Ghana Card validation and a Level 2 biometric liveness check before anyone appears in search. We verify the person — a real human with a real government ID who has agreed to operate on the rail.

  2. Your money never moves until you say so

    Funds are held in Paystack escrow from the moment you pay. DoAm never holds your money. The professional sees it is locked but cannot touch it.

  3. Dispute before you release

    If the work isn't right, raise a dispute before entering your token. Your money stays in escrow until it's resolved. The token is the only key, and you hold it.

  4. Independent dispute resolution

    Escalated disputes go to a remediation panel backed by qualified legal professionals. A neutral decision — not a coin flip, and not DoAm taking sides.

DoAm doesn't take a professional's word for it. Every artisan on the rail passes a biometric document check before they can receive a single cedi. The system is built so the easiest path is also the verified one.
